Please note that we aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition within 48 hours. We operate Monday through Friday and not on national holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipment, Rockett Mansion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please order from Rockett Mansion with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, we cannot be responsible for this. Delivery time is normally between 2-10 working days depending on when your order is processed and what country you want your order to be shipped to.
If you order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of replacement or a full refund.
Please note, if we ship outside the United States, we will not be responsible for any duty or tax fees your country may wish to apply.
Returns and exchanges:
Rockett Mansion wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept items not worn or damaged for a full refund as set out below.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each inquiry on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
Simply return the item or items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt to Rockett Mansion. We will issue a full refund, excluding original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred and available. Please not that because most of our merchandise is vintage, the option to exchange for a different size/color may not be available to you.
We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange; the item(s) must be in the same condition as described on the site, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please notify Rockett Mansion of a return or exchange request by emailing info@rockettmansion.com within 72 hours of delivery. A confirmation that we have received your request along with a return form will be sent via email.
2. Please fully complete the return form and include with returned items. All return items must be received within 14 days from the date the items were originally received by the customer. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Rockett Mansion, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. You are liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping of items, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Proof of postage and insurance are recommended.
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred, within 10 business days from receipt of returned items.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required. Shipping cost for the new item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Not worn and damaged means that there are no marks on the item not previously identified and disclosed by Rockett Mansion or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it has been worn or degraded. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no return or exchange will be issued. Because we take such great care of our merchandise, Rockett Mansion is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the same condition in which it was described on this site.
Please be aware, this policy does not apply to earrings, swimwear or undergarments. We cannot accept returns of these goods and are therefore exempt from the right to return/exchange.
You do not have to give any reason for a return/exchange. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If there is a problem with the item(s), please contact us to discuss the matter further by emailing info@rockettmansion.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Gift returns:
If you have received an item from Rockett Mansion as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges incurred as a result of exchange.
